hi,

I have plaid the casino while used the bonus offer. I deposited 50 received 250 bonus. on my forth spin I managed to wine 2500 in book of ra. so I was just keep playing the games at 5£ or lower because casino physically don't allow u to bet any more. so haven't break any terms and conditions. I managed to wager all the money and I had about 4000£ in my account so I decided to play more and set myself a limit 2750£ for a withdrawal. so if been waiting since 22 of august now. live chat support always answers same 7-21 days like from the book. they are extremely unhelpful. One of them actually said that it could take longer then 21 working days and I immediately question him why they are all the time lying to the costumers? Answer was they just immediately close the chat room. my life time deposit in this site also its more then 200£ so that cant be excuse also. of course I did my homework and I get evidence of all my gaming history to prove that there are no wager or gaming rules violated. I have most of the live chat conversations and the specially the one where live support actually told me that it can take more then 21 working day. they just lying to not to pay as long as possible. when they say that it can be processed sooner then 21 days its a complete rubbish I have never heard a one person who get money out of there before 21 days. plus I questioned why on there YouTube and google reviews they advertising 0-2 day fast pay out. they answered that the is just to accept withdrawal. this is the reason I would like to open a case to get this resolved.

I Haven’t made any withdrawals before. But my account has been fully verified. And randomly I received email yesterday evening from mr spotty support that my account has been fully verified. I probably can imagine that they will be giving some excuses that money is not paid on time because account wasn’t fully verified. But I can prove it that I got emails from them that my account is verified before I made a withdrawal.

My withdrawal haven’t got any progress. It’s still pending same as all this time nothing has changed. When I ask live support they keep telling it should be sorted shortly. But they said that 15 days ago and keeps telling the same thing instead of being honest
