The player from the United Kingdom has requested withdrawal a month ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.
Made a withdrawl on 23rd March for £350 and still waiting,why is this? Don’t take almost 5 weeks to process a withdrawl,so fustrating,instant deposits long long time to pay out,absolute shocking..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Hello Petronela,yes that’s right still saying awaiting in my account from 23rd of March,had 1 e/mail saying still under inspection,so fustrating now been 5 weeks..thankyou..
