However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you team - I have sent an email and spoken to the live chat for Mrsloty. I have sent the following email with the hopes I will get a reply.


Hi Team,


Hope you are doing well,


I am getting in contact to discuss my withdraw request of £1950.


I understand that there have been a lot of issues with withdraws that people are making , with extended delays and sometimes not even receiving payment.


I would just like to say that I am a single father, and doing my best to keep my family in the home they are currently in. We are really struggling financially and this money will change our lives and help us pay the rent for the next two months.


As such I pray that I will be credited the funds and will not be left without the money for months or even at all. If there is anything that I needed from me in terms of additional documentation I will be happy to provide. 


If my funds are received I will give a 5 star review on all platforms - you have my word.
