Hello I have requested withdrawal 7000 kroner I won

and casino Mrbet said to me approximately for processing its 48 hours i have been waiting many days alredy over 48 hours alredy

, They giving an excuse all the time due to heavy loads many requests this and that and dont process my documents and send out my withdrawal

Im not trusting this casino no more they giving excuse all the time due to heavy loads many requests

Pay out my winnings 700 euro!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No i havent received my money yet my verification takes over 16 days they only rejected my documents 5 times now they required bank card proof and i sent this from neteller proof the bank card proof they rejected many times alredy im having enough of this casino Mr Bet.

In bank card neteller its stated my name ON the topp full name and last name and the 6

First digits in the card and the last 4 digits and under thats its my name and they have rejected many times alredy im very very very upset i dont know if im going to get my winnings (when) please help talkin to Mr. Bet please its 16-18 days i have been waiting for verification seems like its not going any where i uploaded trasactions historien from neteller, i rang neteller and they said they dont provide bank statement and card details only trasactions made

Please help take this up with mr bet please i 😑😑😢 beg u

A withdrawal of 7,000 kr has been initiated. However, I would like to bring to your attention that the account will remain in a blocked status, as per clause 2.1.4.


The user has been unable to provide proof of their legal residence in the country and sources of income, as required for account verification. In adherence to our policies, we are maintaining the account in a blocked state until the necessary documentation is provided.
