Case summary

The player from Pennsylvania had experienced difficulties with a withdrawal from the casino. Despite numerous deposits, the casino had confiscated her winnings because she reportedly failed to make a deposit within the last 12 bonuses, all of which were no deposit free spins. Upon our investigation, it was found that the player had been unaware of the casino's term prohibiting multiple bonus claims without depositing, which was considered bonus abuse. Despite our efforts to assist, the player hadn't responded to our messages and questions, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of further information.

I have never withdrawn at this casino I've deposited numerous times and they have taken my winnings away today because they said that I have not made a deposit in the last 12 bonuses now they're all no deposit free spins so they should not have taken my winnings away I've never taken money out of there I'm furious because this is like the third Casino I think they're fake and I would like some kind of reimbursement on some of the winnings here

Hello rachelbturner20,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Mr.O Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you deposited into the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that claiming multiple bonuses in row without depositing anything is considered as bonus abuse and the casino may void the winnings generated from them.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Ok I didn't know that probably about a month ago and I didn't know about bonus abuse then why do they put then in your rewards? I guess that's the answer then. I knew nothing about it. I deposited maybe a month ago.

Hello rachelbturner20,

It is a common term in many online casinos just as here: https://mrocasino.com/terms (6.1)
