Being playing on this now for few months some wins mostly losses i was verified straight away now yesterday they ask for more verification dicumenys which i dont have how unfair i deposited over 2000 win mayby 500 and now they do this im so angry now

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please clarify which documents you are not able to provide? Are there any alternative documents that you could provide instead? Which documents have you provided so far?

I self excluded from them now what a waate off a site and 2000 plus deposits as you saw they said i was verfied in the photo i sent now they aak again so i couldent withdrawl all off a sudden stupid stupid site waste off 2000 so i self exclude now they are joke never reply to any off my emails as well i hope they send back my deposits now since they verify me first and i was all happy and now cant withdrawl complete joke

I sent them id card utiliy bill visa back and front they verified me as i showed you in screenshot they let me withdrawl at start then yesterday i cant who else is depositing omg its me they can ring me anytime and face call me anytime what a joke i self exclude now im never opening another casino they make up the rules as they go along
