The player from India had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had explained to him that it was common for withdrawals to take a few days or even weeks to get fully processed, which might have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We had advised him to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, the issue was resolved successfully as the player had confirmed receiving his winnings. As a result, we marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

i have withdrawn money but I did not receive it yet. i have raise query to many times but I did not receive it. i have provided them all bank documents, mail screenshot and also bank managers letter with bank stamp.
