  • Do I understand correctly the casino provided you with a tracking number of the transaction so that your bank can investigate whether the transaction was received by them?
  • Have you contacted your bank and asked for the confirmation the casino is insisting you provide? What response have you received?

Hi


I already contact my bank and ask the issue, they said no transactions found in this transaction number. But they not ready to give the letter pad format.

(And Bank side reply is No transactions found on this refference number)


But seriously how bank give like this, because sender only know the transaction is successful or not. How bank know, they know only the transaction or transaction number is received or not only they can do. Casino side only possible for checking the transaction successful or failed. Maybe the transaction is returned to their side they didn't note maybe.


But if u check my bank statement u all clear the issue, the payment received my side or not. But they not ready to chk my bank statement, they ask only letter pad in my bank . But my bank not giving.


Now what I do, plz help meee ..

We have received a reply from the finance department regarding your request: "The withdrawal was successfully confirmed by the Betting Company 2024-03-02 20:38:18+03:00 (trx: 406201200158). To find out information about the lack of funds on the client's details, the client needs to contact the bank. If the bank cannot find the funds for this period, the client must provide

  • a screenshot of the bank's official response based on the results of the code verification
  • a bank statement from the day the funds were withdrawn to today in PDF format."

Please send all data to sermsupport@mostbet.com. Please note that in addition to the bank statement, you need to send an official reply from the bank. This is an official letter from the bank informing that they have checked and have not found the transaction with UTR number: 406201200158. You can request such a letter by contacting your bank.

It's very very bad sir, Why u can't accept my bank statement. If u check my bank statement u will be cleared the issue the payment is sent or not. I ready to submit my bank statement as on withdrawal date to till date. But why u can't accept my bank statement.


And my bank can't give any letter. They only check the Txn number received or not. I ask my bank also they only check my account and ask me no payment received on this txn number. I ask to give letter type But they not give a letter format.


Now what can I do, because I have only my bank statement, still my withdrawal not received. U ask bank letter (payment not received) but my bank asking how we give like this , we can't give.


I really really feel very bad. Because it's amount is 50000Rs.


Plz sir plz chk my bank statement and reffer my transaction till date. Plz plz my withdrawal not received my bank account.

I understand that providing a bank statement may seem as good enough proof. However the issue is more complex and the casino's request for the additional bank's official letter is just a standard procedure. I suggest you ask your bank again for the official letter with an updated copy of your bank statement and please send it to the email mentioned above (sermsupport@mostbet.com).

Sir already I ask my bank they strictly said we can't give the letter like this. But one thing I can do,

My bank ready to give my account statement from March 1 to till date.

(It's not a normal net banking statement, it's a official bank statement, given from my bank side )


Is this ok ? For verification

I understand that it may seem inconvenient, but as I mentioned in my previous message, this is a standard procedure and many casinos request this kind of evidence. Consider asking your bank once again. Without this kind of document I am worried we will not be able to move forward with your complaint.

Sir I already requested my bank 2 to 3 times. They ready to given me a bank statement officially. But not giving letter. They ask me in any bank can't give letter like this. They only give bank statement
