Trying to withdraw money but even after verification being successful i again receive an e-mail that i need to do verification again.

last time it happened, started playing and lost 2000€.

Moreover just noticed this casino doesn’t have a license in the Netherlands so I’m wondering what that does to my losses?

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if the casino terms does not restrict Netherland as country, you are free to play there no matter if they have license or not. If your country has a specific law for online gambling, it is up to you to follow them and the casino is not responsible for any loss.

Dear Sir,

This time I submitted my withdrawal of € 1309 on Sept 4th at 0:32 am. During the last time i tried to withdraw € 2000 i contacted customer service. That was couple of weeks ago.

I am under the impression MOI casino is doing this purposefully to try and have players back gambling when it takes a while.

On Sept 4th I immediately provided pictures of my bank card for verification.
