This casino is a complete scam, I have been trying for a week to get my winnings and it is impossible, after sending all my verification details including passport picture with me holding it, utility bills, every card front and back that I have used over the last year ,bank statements and more they then say I have to resend again and again and more letters to verify myself, they are just collecting my information yo use it fraudulently or to sell on, I will never get my winnings, such a scam, terrible site, the worst I have ever used.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

As I mentioned before, I have done everything asked by this casino and they just don't seem to want to pay me out my winnings, I have sent all relevant documents many many times it is ridiculous, I fully understand that they need to adhere to the kyc process but after I have sent all my documents not only once but many times it is becoming a joke and if it isn't resolved soon I will be taking it much further
