The player from the United States has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I will start with up until this my experience had been great with mirax casino. I have had big wins, with above average times for withdrawals. As well as fast deposits. And i have previously deposited up to $500.00 USD at a time. So for them to scam me on a deposit of $14.14 seems very unlikely. However I have already been in contact with them several times and provides necessary information. Including hash tags screen shots and the cardona (ADA) adress I sent the funds to. And I have been told a number of ridiculous explanations, thay all end with just keep waiting. Notably every agent I spoke with seemed to acknowledge I did send the funds but no real reason I haven't received them. I will attach the only conversation I have with them because it was on whatsapp the res was chat on site.also I will attach proof of transaction.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino?
