Megapari Casino - Player’s withdrawal request is delayed.

So i bet regularly on megapari and also got like a vip manager after losing about 10k, after that did two deposits of about 2-3k and got to about 7k$ after i tried withdrawing i had to do some verifications and send to their email adress, after sending everything they say: "There are no reasons to believe this account belongs to you.", after that they stopped responding at all.
