After a substantial win amount of 6,000 dollars in Early December 2022 after playing at the casino for a long time I noticed a change in slot play. Reels spinning faster and slower, a few times a black code box flashed on the screen overlaying the reels for a split second. I 1st asked other users in chat if this has happened to them and also if they were having some difficulties or noticing slot play change. No reply so I continued on my daily entertainment for a few more weeks with the same change to the slot play. Something was not right with it and I had noticed my cash amount would no longer update in real time on home screen and also if I would hit the back key on my mobile it started to show loss of connection until a page refresh.I am 100% confident in the fact MBit was able to manipulate my account and restrict any winnings to a set amount and when I would get close to a possible win these errors would stop my game play and force a reset. This still happens on this site but nowhere close to how bad it was from Late December 2022 thru May 2023. All the errors would happen on different slots and providers. I spoke with Ivy for a few weeks and then got ghosted with no more replies. Then I started communicating on the site/Discord server so the whole community was aware. I have been patient and respectful 90% of the time and now their mod AndyTurbho said he would get to the bottom of the errors and what they mean and help me understand because I let them know if they are going to f me they should buy me dinner. I never asked for a refund but did make a statement to Ivy in March that what was happening to me wasn't normal or fair and the casino should own up to it and compensate something because again I believe my deposit amounts in those 5 months totalled around 10k and since something wrong was happening to me I wasn't receiving the RTP they claimed they were providing and promoting. I now have been told to watch my words in their chat and if I don't that leave. Blocked from chat and still no answer on these errors.

I can see you communicated to the casino persistent technical difficulties with their service, but I am not sure how that relates to the accusations you made against the casino about account manipulation.

Could you please explain how your casino balance was affected by these technical difficulties? Were any bets you made not counted or did your winnings disappear?

What does the disputed amount ($5,000) represent in this case?

I'm a bit concerned by your responses that no matter what I say I will be deemed wrong in this filing. Hope I'm wrong and this site still has the same integrity of old. To answer your question I will point out that my accusation is account manipulation not funds manipulation. My accusation is that the casino has the option and availability to limit players winning or percentage of winnings. I absolutely believe they slowed the RTP to me and have no other way to state it. Look at the errors above and tell me that its normal? Wallet server disconnected, error 1001, etc etc. Over 6 different providers all with the same results. I had a friend playing the same slot at the same time as me to confirm the difference of play between us to rule out the provider throttling my RTP. As you can see I also was overly helpful to the casino from my end by switching networks, devices, etc. I don't know how the other side of things work but I do know this casino manipulated my account to limit a me from having a fair and honest game as advertised. My money amount lost is over 20k because I did think it was a dry run of luck but having the overlay cmd box pop up on my screen as I'm actively spinning the slots I stopped thinking it was bad luck and started realizing that this casino throttled my account. All the advertising of RTP is bullshit and a lie because the casino is able to do this.

Just as I figured that guru no loner has the same integrity it once did. I got an idea how about you find out what those errors mean and what they stand for? You saying it's normal? Take your article and reprint it another 100 times while you stroke the casinos more. Scam site this now and I should have started at bitcointalk in the 1st place. Shame on you for misleading people to this site and the rest of these scam Dama N.V. group sites. Hell's hot
