Is this your first ever withdrawal request from the casino? Since when exactly is your account fully verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it about?

Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings?  - no .

on screen below u can see the free spins i played on the web site round that period. Their bonuses got high wager reqs and i avoided them .

Last time i spoke with them on their live chat was think just before New years eve ,when i got some daft reason as excuse and then it hit me that i got scammed and that the money from them , which i was supposed to get and pure god sent adn planned to spend for presents for my mum and friends, will not happen the way i was hoping.

That was holiday season fucked up for me too , as was year 2 of covid madness , no much to spend for celebrations .. so yea..l u get the idea.

no comms , except they keep sending me offers , for which i have opted out numerous times but no success so did filter them to go in bin directly, and my last email to them ,below

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Maximal Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
