Hi, I honestly don't remember how long ago I opened my account, but it's been a long time anyway if my account has been verified and I have also made withdrawals without any problems. I credited with a bonus but I withdrew after having met all the established criteria as at other times. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Maximal Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The best case would be if the casino would respond to you on this address support@maximalwins.com. Unfortunately, based on our review, the casino don't even have a license therefore there isn't any higher authority above them - that why they has such a bad review too.
I'm really sorry again that we are unable to help you out but it is almost impossible to reach them as they never respond to us. You can try to contact a lawyer but that would be not worth it as well.
Be sure to check some reviews first before registering into a casino to avoid such situations.
