The player from Germany is experiencing difficulties with unwanted messages from the casino. We’ve rejected this complaint as per the player’s explicit request.
Unfortunately, the casino has been spamming me with rubbish advertising almost every day for more than half a year.
By now it should be well known that the slots there are fake etc.
But all this doesn't interest me, when I asked him to stop trying to advertise, the live chat answered "Yes, no problem".

Could you explain if you tried redirecting the email messages to spam using the email inbox service or similar services? Do the messages you receive offer the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list?

in the mails there is a "unsubscribe" button, if you do this, you will continue to receive mails the next day as usual.
The live chat/e-mail does not get an answer or in the live chat it is confirmed again and again that it has been removed.

I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a "No Reaction Policy" approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.
I would like to suggest using a specialized service that automatically redirects messages to spam. Alternatively, some email providers allow you to flag messages as spam which automatically redirects messages to the spam folder. Also, consider blocking the sender of the messages in the email client as well.
