The player from Germany had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player had claimed that the withdrawal was cancelled, but not by the casino, and no notification had been received. We had asked for additional information and relevant communication between the player and the casino for further investigation. However, the player failed to respond within the given time frame. Consequently, we couldn't investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Delays in payment and no reactions or answers

I sent my documents via email , but unfortunately I am not verified.


I also sent several questions to finance@magicalspin.com and support@magicalspin.com.



Now i got an email back after 3 / 5 Days, that this is not the right email.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
