Its all true ! I play daily in all sort of online casino's and in magical spin casino there were no odds to win anything! Like when somebody wins and they don't agree with that win then they have the special rules and regulations to reject that win and cashout nothing !! You cheated or you played by some sort of method wich your odds to win are higher and gives you the chance to win something but don't get your hopes up because they rule out winnings that are in fact honest wins! So you have been warned everybody and you can read my reviews on almost all forums and information casino sites where the gamers recommend the casino's that are the best out there with the highest payouts ratings and awesome welcome bonuses to!!

I am sorry but sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. We cannot punish the casino for something that the game providers are responsible for. The casino grant you a bonus which is usually subject to the Bonus T&Cs. If you break their rules, they have the full right to confiscate your winnings.

The same applies to the General T&Cs. If you violate them, the casino will have the right to void your winnings or close your account (depending on the case).

So I apologize, but I am not able to help you in this case.
