The player from India was blocked after he won playing a sic-bo game. Since we have not received any response from the casino, we were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.
I deposited rs 1000 i lost after that i deposited rs 5000 again lost again deposited rs 5000 after that 10000 all i am lost after that me deposit rs 50000 in my account and played sic-bo game of dices
And i won 89k something rs and placed a withdrawal of rs 89839 inr
After some time I login my account i am unable to login my account and after that i contacted customer care about this they said under verification .
Please help me regarding this

(4) this is the first time I invest this huge amount and a little huge winning and i place a big amount of withdrawal and they denied my winning and saying you breaches our rules while I didn't Break any rule
(5) i play sic-bo game with 3× investment strategy only and i almost lose 50+150+450+1350+4000+12000
After that i put all amount on small and it will came on three dice 1+1+2 which is small and i won
(6 ) after that i placed a withdrawal of 89839 inr and after some times they denied my withdrawal and inaccessible my account and after i access my account they cut my all winning and return only my deposit amount only 50000 rs
(7) i already lose 1000+5000+10000+1000=26000 inr in this after that i deposit 50000 rs and they do that with me

I went over the communication you had with the casino. If I understand correctly the casino claims you haven't completed a wagering of the bonus active on your account.
Could you please send a screenshot from your bonus history? If you are unable to provide us with your bonus history, kindly request it from casino support. Were you aware the bonus was credited to you or have you made any actions to redeem the bonus yourself?

No sir this is not bonus it's my deposit money . After they refused to give my withdrawal money and give me my deposited money back it's called they bonus .

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
