Hi

I made there significant profits and one day I had 13361€, few days later casino just deleted all the money from my balance, from 13361€ that I had, only 20€ left in my balance when I deposited there ~2500€...

My winnings have been earned solely through legitimate means through sports betting and casino play, there wasn't any abuse or unfair play from my side.

My account is fully KYC verified and I did not use any bonuses.


LVBET just scammed me for over 13 thousands euros, and when I asked what is up they told me they will let me know by mail however a week already passed and they didn't provide any update.


I can't believe this casino is pure scam and threat their customers in that way...

Yes my account is fully verified as you can see, everything requested for KYC is already approved. I can login however I can not play anywhere because functionality is disabled in sportsbook&casino.

What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)

Sports betting and various casino games like slots.

Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

I did not use any bonuses, only played with own money.

fileThis is the only one correspondence from LVBET after I asked them why they steal all my money from balance by their support contact form. 7 days passed and they never sent any more information anymore.


This is very big amount that they just randomly took from my balance and I'm afraid that they just steal it. My balance weren't acquired in any illegal way, everything was just simply clean betting/play.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
