Good morning I have been experiencing my issue and trying to resolve it between myself and the casino now for a week before I finally decided to reach out for help from you. I have read on some casino review sites that lucky tiger casino has a difficult and lengthy kyc. I completely agree with that and I do also understand it but having said so I have completed all of it. I have sent numerous numerous emails trying to verify my account that included my identification card front and back as well as my utility bill and the casinos withdrawal application form. I have also deposited $25 through crypto as my winnings came from a no deposit bonus. I also waged the $25 x1. And finally I also did a phone call verification for kyc with a member of support. All I want is to withdraw my winnings but although they do respond to me by email and fairly quickly each time I feel as though I'm being ran around in circles. Every time they respond they say I haven't done this or I haven't done that or I never sent this or I never sent that and every time I continue to send or do what they tell me but every time it's always something else and now that I have done everything they just keep repeating the same issues. I have even explained to casino support that I feel like I've been given the runaround and how frustrated I am and basically begged for help and still nothing. I have saved all the emails and would love to send them so you can see the whole conversation. P.s.- I have even more screenshots of emails but I have reached the maximum allowed I'm not allowed to send more than five I guess. But I'm sure you get the picture, lol. I would so greatly appreciate help you can give me to resolve this matter. Thank you!

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The verification process has been going since December 24th. I can't really tell you what documents have been approved and what ones have not because I keep getting mixed and confusing answers about what they have and what they don't have or what I should do and what I haven't done that is why I feel like I'm being given the runaround. But what I can tell you is what you need to do is pretty lengthy and the steps are for using a no deposit bonus: 1- obviously satisfy the playthrough requirement, 2- deposit $25, 3- Wager $25 x1, 4- complete phone call verification with support staff member, 5- send your documents such as identification card or driver's license front and back, a proof of address such as utility bill or other bill, and also a withdrawal application form with your basic information and any credit card information you may have used to deposit. (I used crypto deposit and told them this numerous times as well as inform them I don't own or have a credit card). I can tell you that I satisfied the playthrough requirements, I deposited the $25, I wagered the $25, and I completed the phone call verification with the support staff member and at the end of the call she said my account was fully verified. Before during and after these steps I was sending emails back and forth (some of which I have sent to you) also in closing pictures of my identification card front and back as well as my utility bill and the withdrawal application form. I also have stated in these emails that I do not own or have a credit card and that I used krypto to deposit and I would like to process a crypto withdrawal. I specified the amount of the withdrawal as well as gave them my Bitcoin address. Other than that all I can say is that it's been very confusing extremely frustrating and drawn out process with multiple different answers from multiple different people. I have gotten replies saying that now I need to do this or now I need to do that which I then in turn did. Then I have some emails where they say I didn't send certain documents which I did. It's all just been crazy and frustrating but I have done everything and sent everything 100% completely on my end.

The last time I spoke with the casino was 2 days ago I had called their customer support line. I was told that they could see all of my documents in the emails but that finance department still needed to approve them and review them. They gave me the finance department's email address and advised me to email them and ask them to review and approve my documents, which I did email them at faxback@luckytigercasino.com.

I have just received the email this morning saying that my account has been approved for withdrawals! Woo hoo! Verification is all now 100% complete! I requested a withdrawal and now let's just see if I get that or not. Really hoping so..
