Yeah how's it going I'm kind of new to all this right now just really like the first casino I played online and I actually really liked it I deposited right around $300 in Bitcoin yesterday and in playing it I won about $9,500 they didn't give me no bonus or nothing so it was just straight up with my money but did really well well at one point in the night as I was playing I went into a slot game that is three sevens on it it's a single pay line and the max bet for the room is $2.50 I was told if I'm not mistaken I was told a few times that my Max bet would be I think 50 bucks that's that's the highest that I seen any game allow me to be able to bet besides the cards so I was playing inside that room and I one of my first pins was a good win 200 bucks I was didn't really like it because the max bet was only 2.50 but I was slow playing I was enjoying myself so I was in there playing I'm not sure if I'd put it on automatic spins or what but it was after a very small amount of spins that I looked over and I noticed that my $9,000 said a little bit over $3,000 immediately I jumped up showed my wife I I hit the spin again and I noticed but it was taking 3 4,500 out of my account on every spin but it wasn't paying me according to that no that's like that so I literally had about $7,000 gone in the matter of a few minutes I was in the room for a total of maybe seven or eight minutes all that money gone I get out I played a little bit more I wouldn't play some cards because I was tired of being in the chat with them it was just crazy and it was 3 in the morning I didn't really realize it they were up like that you don't mean all the time so like at 5:00 in the morning I reached out to him told him what happened at first the lady in the chat was really cool she looked and she goes all you're right the max bad is only $2.50 and I was only in there for less than 10 minutes then she comes back after being on hold and starts telling me how I put money inside blackjack and I played over here and I was like yeah I played of course I did that has nothing to do with this and immediately I just started to feel like I was getting screwed she asked me to email support I've done that about five times today with no reply they called me earlier to give me my bonus for my deposit which they never gave me originally and when I was talking to her real nonchalant she was just like oh well so you were you were betting you know two $300 per spin I didn't even know how to reply how the hell do you bet that on a $2 game with a single pay line not a chance in hell I would bet no money like that on a game that does not hell no hell no I'm a single father of five kids here where I'm at the eviction crisis is huge this was my lifeline for my family I would have never in a million years played under five or $6,000 you have no idea the relief on The voice faces when I told them that I had a way out that we weren't going to have to struggle because I made some money I've heard from nobody I received nothing all I keep getting told was well our system showing that all the pays were done properly well my system showing that they weren't I really need some help from anybody who could help me here

I don't know about an hour or so later I had already lost the 2000 or so that was left after that experience which is also amazing I mean before that point I had been doing really well after that point well speaks for itself. Chad told me to leave an email with support I have done that several times went back to the chat who referred me back to them again got a weird email from support today about something completely different that I never complained about and I was about to go into chat and see what's going on right now but I just I already feel that I'm being taken advantage of in this situation. At this point I'm not able to get anybody there to answer me directly about anything and I told him from the beginning I'm not trying to do nothing and I would be fair and work with them on any resolution we could come up with but 100% especially due to my current situation with my family that was a I figured it was a straight up gift from karma or whatever you want to call it I didn't want to say a gift from God there's no chance in hell I would have left that game under $5,000 I didn't take no bonus when I signed up I just did direct Cash and I won... Now literally I mean this is I can't even explain to you how bad this is going to be at the end of the month me and my five kids will be evicted from our place and this was our rescue so anything anybody can do to help me I would appreciate it
