The player from Tennessee requested a withdrawal via Bitcoin over a month ago. Shortly after opening the complaint, player has received their funds.
I requested a withdraw on 07\22\2023. The system was down so it was canceled and then re requested on 07\24\2023. On 08\18\2023 the withdraw was finally approved. Now here we are 08\26\2023, and the bitcoin deposit has still not been sent. I really try not to complain, however, this has been so frustrating!! With it being bitcoin, and the fact that I have already been waiting so long, There just isn't a reason the money isn't in my account already. No matter what question I ask, the answer EVERY SINGLE TIME is 48-72 business hours. No matter what that is the anser everything boils down to. I have heard it everyday for the last month...

Unfortunately my phone screen shattered and I am unable to get any of the screenshots. That is correct about my withdraw finally being approved and now it has just sat there since last week. I already had to wait over 30 days for it to be approved which is so frustrating! I will try to figure out screenshots on my desktop.
