I won $320 and turned in a redeem ticket a week ago yesterday. I sent them an email to see when I could expect my winnings the same day because they do not give that information in their T&A. Also I have never redeem from them before so I did not know how long it would take. I never heard back from them till the 27th and that was to tell me that they were on weekend break. I started emailing them again on the 29th also kept on emailing them, while they claimed to be on weekend break, to express my feelings about them waiting to email me just to tell me they were on weekend break. I received a reply back on the 29th telling me that I would have the $320 deposited in my PayPal account in 1 to 3 days. Well this is the 5th day since the reply and I have still sent emails and messages in the game to let them know how many days it had already been and as of 2:50 central time on 8/2/24 it shows that the winnings have yet to even be reviewed. They are licensed but have acted shady by not responding to my emails any more professional than they did. Any trustworthy place I play will respond in a very timely matter or already have me paid. These crooked casinos, that get their money immediately upon deposit but a whole different sinerio when a player actually wins and trys to collect, really take the fun and excitement out of even playing. Since I started playing around 3 years ago I am owed over $5000 from different scam house casinos. I thought I had learned how to avoid these crooked pos but I guess I let my guard down on these folks. Any help would be appreciated.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
