The player from the United States had requested a withdrawal after meeting the Playthrough requirements, but her request had been declined and the funds were returned to her balance. The casino support had insisted that she had only completed part of the required Playthrough, which had led to confusion. Despite this, the player had been adamant that she had correctly completed the Playthrough. Eventually, the player's withdrawal had been processed, albeit with an $18 fee, which she had found frustrating. The issue had been resolved when the payment was received, leading us to mark the complaint as 'resolved'.

Accepted $20 free chip. Completed Playthrough requirements ($600) withdraw sat as pending until today just to be declined and returned to my balance. Reach out to Live chat. Ernest tells me only $472 of the $600 required Playthrough has been played. Asked how is that even possible since it wont even allow me to withdraw if there is Playthrough not completed. Go and wager out the remaining $128 just for them to tell me they were mistaken and I need to wager the entire $600. How is that even possible???? I only had $20 to start. attempted to withdraw for $105...where did I get the extra $85 If I didnt wager ANYTHING??? This site is a complete ripoff

3.Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.

Have you made any deposits into the casino?

Could you please confirm that you finished the wagering requirements for the bonus?

Are you aware of the fact that the free chip winnings will be capped when the withdrawal is processed?

Yes Ma'am. I am aware of ALL of that. Believe me...I gotta tell you that none of that info has anything to do with my complaint. Respectfully.


However, I was wrong. THIS particular withdraw was NOT a free chip/bonus. This one I actually deposited $40. The rollover/Playthrough was $600. I keep amazing notes. (all of you would be impressed)

I absolutely completed this rollover of $600.

1. The system would not allow me to request the withdraw if I hadnt completed the playthrough.

2. My notes absolutely show over $600 in wagering. AND playthrough balance went to $0.

3. This (your info above) is not the reason I havnt gotten paid yet according to them. They actually made me do the playthrough ALL OVER. $600. And I did. (phooey on them!!) I was finally "allowed" to make the withdraw request again after doing $692 MORE wagering.

Apparently this has set me right back to the beginning of the withdraw process so I imagine we wait ANOTHER 7-10 days...to my dismay.

So...I guess we come back to this by the end of the week next week...???

This case can be closed. I received payment just now...BUT HOLY s.... $18 fee.

For a withdraw that took FOREVER!!!!!

Will never go back there!!!!
