Following the confirmation of the request, the site went offline, and he had been unable to log back in since. We had advised the player to wait for the withdrawal process, but he eventually managed to log back in and decided to cancel the withdrawal to continue playing. I won a Jackpot of approximately $5,801.88 on 06/04/204 at 10:38 AM EST. Proceeded to LuckyLegends.com withdrawal and requested the maximum amount of $2500.00 USD to sent to my BitCoin Wallet. Received a confirmation that the request has been received successfully. Proceed to play with the remaining account balance (withdrawable). All of the sudden the site went offline and I have not been able to log back in since.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Since when is the withdrawal pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thank you for working on this, but I was eventually able to log back in. Additionally, I have since cancelled the withdrawal and played on with my winnings. I did this, because just like 3 or 5 other withdrawal requests, I was informed that the process would take a minimum of 20 days. Which is ludicrous in my opinion, as it takes literally a few minutes to deposit BitCoin. I don't understand how and why it takes so long.
