They have a clause which I was not aware of; the maximum betting of $5 during Bonus. I have never heard of this on the many other sites I have played on. I eventually started to get lucky and upped my Bet. Tried to withdraw and they "confiscated" my winnings. The clause says "may" lose winnings; there is no "may" here. I have never encountered this on other sites. I suppose there is no recourse, but Kahnawake as the Canadian regulator; they should be ashamed!!! Wish I knew about this clause before gambling on this site, sure regret it now, got lucky enough to "win" $10,000!!!

Dear Rena,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found this:

"15.3.The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is 5€/$ or currency equivalent. This includes Bonus Buy features, where the total cost of the purchase is applicable. You may lose your Winnings if you do not follow this rule."

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

However, if you feel like you have been accused mistakenly, feel free to forward me your game history together with a link to the specific bonus that you redeemed and played. My email address is kristina.s@casino.guru.

If there is any relevant communication between you and the casino, please send it as well.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Hello. it is has been a few years since trying new casinos online. And yes, the clause is there. Wish I knew about it before hand. What else can I say. I would have sought another online casino

Thank you for your reply, Rena. Unfortunately, such bonus rules are very common, and there is not much we could do about it. We can only hope that more and more casinos will enforce the maximum allowed bet on a software level to prevent players from breaching the rule.

If there is anything else I could help you with, do not hesitate to let me know, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.
