The player from Canada has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing single bets greater than the allowed ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I complain about this casino beacause, last 2 month,

I try for the first time to this casino site,

I deposit 20$ and i receive a 20$ bonus that i never ask,

And i start playing,

I havent read term and condition beacause i never know that therm and condition exist on this site, so when i started Win, i incrase my bet gradually in fonction of Winning and i try playing progressive jackpot ancien fortune poseidon wowpot...

And on 10$ per spin i Win 12 freespin bonus and win more of 2500$.


After, the bonus balance converted to retirable Winning, so i try to withdrawal.. next day they Tell me that they confiscated my winning for violation of promotion or whatever ...


Like im a new players, how i suppose to know they have a rules like that? Its casino !! Its my cash !! Like, on playing, i could have lost Money instead Win ... But i Win ..


Garbage casino, and they said, for a good faith we let you 20$ on your account ... Realy? Such an insult.

I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):


Bonuses Terms and Conditions:
The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is 5€/$ or currency equivalent. This includes Bonus Buy features, where the total cost of the purchase is applicable. You may lose your winnings if you do not follow this rule.


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.

If you are aware of placing higher bets than the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

However, please do not hesitate to forward your game and bonus history to petronela.k@casino.guru if you feel that you’ve been accused mistakenly, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint.

Well, i see your reply, and show me the rules conditions. 
But i dont care about it, if you not support me in that case, it will mean that you guys are not better than them. I live an injustice inasmuch as new player that doesn't know the rules does exist, it be my first first time that i play to online casino. 
So... If it that your mind, then reject my complain, but in the futur, i will never use casino guru again for reference. 
Anyway, for a couple casino, some Odds are oudated or incomplete.. 
Like the review of happy Hugo, they said that the casino are closed wich is false!!! And Say that is a bad casino wich is completly false !!

There’s an important principle that says, "ignorance of the law is no excuse". It means that you can’t defend your actions by arguing you didn’t know they were illegal or forbidden, even if you honestly did not realize you were breaking the bonus rules.
