The player from Minnesota made a deposit of $11, which wasn't credited to his account, causing him to submit a ticket. Then, he accidentally made a second $40 deposit to the casino, which also hasn't been credited. All transactions were done with LTC.

Made two separate deposits on two separate dates. The first deposit on March 27th, 2024 for the amount of $11 and Submitted a ticket for account not being credited. The 2nd deposit I made by accident. I sent $40 to my LuckyBity's deposit address instead of my intended recipient's address. I updater my Prior ticket letting the casino know that I had made a 2nd deposit . Note: deposit were made with LTC.


Although the 2nd deposit was made by accident, I wouldnt have had any issues with the deposit if the funds were credited to my account.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Talked to my payment provider and was informed that there is nothing that they could do once the transactions are completed, stating that my only option is to contact the recipient and request refunds for both transactions. I've updated my ticket asking LuckyBity to issue a refund if my account wasn't going to be credited. Havent received any sort of response from LuckyBity.

Dear Bx10ng,

The most important thing is to forward the payment confirmation to the casino. After that, the casino need to locate the lost funds and add it to your account which may take up to a few weeks (usually 1-4).

As your deposit was made something over a week ago, I would definitely recommend to wait only. In case if it would take longer than recommended, we can try to intervene.
