In the past ive tried to close my account due to gambling problems. This could not be done. I have asked them to close my account a couple of Days ago, and it still cant be closed. Due to my gambling problem i have lost over 6000 euro with them. They just ignore if you want to close the account, even tho i used rude language against them multiple times. In their terms and agreements stated, my account should be closed already. They are just after my money, and when they dont want to reply.. they just remove the support chat option. The games are rigged and manipulated. Mostly when it comes to the bonus games. They are simply said criminals. I am disgusted.
