So, I have put money into ltc almost every day for months and I finally win something back and they conveniently block my account and won't tell me why, but I know that they are going to say that I only play one game, and it is true because Keno is my favorite and only game I will play and they have only one version of Keno available at ltc casino, so it's the only game I play. I did not cheat at all, nor do I have the capasity to. I simply raised my bet to the max and hit a high amount of numbers and free games as well. It really sucks. This has made me suicidal. I was going to go see my mother who is sick with cancer with this money, and really turn my life around, as well as put a big chunk back into the casino as I always do. I know I wasn't cheating and that would usually give me hope that I will be paid the money I know is rightfully mine, but after reading some other complaints about the over rated casino, I know they are going to try and make up any excuse to not only not pay me, but also to ghost me and try to leave me hanging...always wondering what became of the miracle that was stolen from me. I mean, I have been living in squalor because every 10 $ i get and have gotten for the past few months has gone into ltc casino. They have no problem taking every penny i earn but when it's time to pay some back, they pull this bs, and refuse to even let me know what is happening with my money. They are probably hoping that I will see that my account is blocked and just go away. They are wrong, however, because I will be like that turd that just wont go down with multiple flushes because they have wronged me, and broke my spirit just when after a long terrible life has taken its toll on me, I finally have a miracle happen and they are going to steal it. I'm also wondering how to get ahold of Mascot games I believe is the company that made the Keno game I played. I need to keep track of their findings myself because after reading other posts, I know that ltc casino isn't going to update me about anything, so i have to stay on it.file

Do I understand correctly that this was your first withdrawal attempt? Could you please advise if you have passed the KYC verification before the casino blocked you?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

LTC casino doesn't give bonuses, so there's no locked amounts ever since they never give any bonuses. I have cashed out a few times in the past with them. This is not my first time cashing out, and there is no kyc to pass because it is an anonymous casino using crypto. The casino didn't tell me anything besides just blocking my account. When I figured out how to msg them without being signed in, their customer service person said I just have to wait and see what the administrators say. Well, I know I did not cheat and I just happened to do a max bet of 1 litecoin and hit it big and now they don't want to pay after taking hundreds of dollars from me for months with no problem. I feel like they won't communicate with me when it is found that I wasn't cheating just to weasel their way out of paying me. If this get's cleared up, I will never use their casino again as they are too dodgy.

Pretty much, i would just suggest to the ltc casino to may want to change the wording of a sentence im their terms and conditions that originally is quoted as saying, "The winnings will be credited to your crypto wallet within a few minutes after you place a withdrawal request;" to something like, The winnings will be credited to your crypto wallet within a few minutes to up to a short while after you place a withdrawal request. Changing this statement may possibly reduce the volume of customer service inquiries as to why cashed out funds are not instantly accepted and why they may cue as pending for a couple hours or more when the staff might be busy tending to other duties and what not. Just a couple of words added in can cause a lot less headache for the casino staff. Just maybe a little suggestion to help things work better for them.
