I wanna withdraw 12500 euro in parts and i already send a few months ago my kyc documents and now the casino says whe didnt recieve them and have to send them again i have a picture that let see that it is pending for months now the id and proof of adress

Could you please advise when exactly did you send your documents for verification for the first time? Did you send them any new documents now? Is the casino currently responding to you?

Please note that the casino can request for verification multiple times specially if the previous one occurred long time ago.

Yes i have send like 3 months ago my proof off adress and proof of id now they say to me on live chat i have to send it beceuse they dont have it on the picture you see it still pending while i have send it 3 months ago i have to send now proof of id and proof of adress and of income

Hello Doekoe,

If they weren't approved after uploading them directly to the website, I would recommend to send them to their support e-mail. The ones you uploaded would be probably rejected anyway as they are 3 moths old.
