I am trying to get verified from this casino so I can cash out my winnings. I sent in the verification documents requested so that I could proceed to cash out but I have yet to hear back from them. How long does it take for them to process your verification papers this is ridiculous.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have never had a casino take this long to verify you for a withdrawal. It won't even let me start the withdrawal process yet because I can't get the verification done and the casino hasn't responded what so ever to let me know that they have received the documents or anything. That is more my concern and the fact that they wanted a copy of my debit card to be able to verify me.

Update i have now received a response from the casino after emailing multiple emails that they provide. They said that it could take five days to verify which seems ridiculous considering its been over a week already since I submitted everything.

Still have heard nothing else back from the casino. So I am still waiting to be verified. I get no real response back from this casino. So I am getting no where and don't understand what the hold up is. They said it takes atleast 5 days but it has been two weeks now. This is ridiculous

It has now been almost two weeks since I originally sent the verification papers and I have yet to get a response from the casino. Everytime I email you get the same generic email back saying someone will contact me and they never do. This is just ridiculous atthis point and very frustrating. I feel this casino doesn't seem to care about the player what so ever cause they have no response when requiring an answer. I don't know what else to do
