I have not been able to withdraw due to account verification. I submitted my documents a week and a half ago. Then I made a bit coin deposit just in case that was a requirement (it doesn't mention it though) I sent an email to the two addresses I was able to find and still no reply.

The bonus code I believe was 50gems I think.

the photos are what they asked for verification, and no it's not pending. It says withdraw not allowed due to needing verification.

Yes, they did end up verifying my profile, but then immediately disqualified my earnings due to some type of over betting (high bets) and zeroed out my account winnings. And I still haven't been credited my Bitcoin deposit.
