Hello guys, i started playing in this casino on Sunday and made 150 euros profit and immediately i asked for withdrawal. Their terms and conditions say that after the day of withdrawal they have to process it in 3 days maximum. Today is the 4thday and it is not even processed. They also claim that my account is verified since it doesnt require documents yet ( i am saying this for the casino not to find excuses ). I ve played in a lot of casinos and this is the second one that seems fake. They are trying to say nonsense things in live chat to delay my withdrawal of 150 eur..... They feel poor because it is just 150 eur. I open this ticket early on because i feel bad hings are coming for this withdrawal adn it is going to take for ages.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello kristina thanks for the lighting fast response, my withdrawal is not even approved ( i can cancel it after 4 days ) i will wait until they process my withdrawal and i will answer back if they dont.

Update: Today is new week Monday still no KYC needed and my withdrawal still not processed they dont even send an email

after 12 days i canceled the withdrawal and now i made it 400 eur withdrawal and at the same time my account got verified. Let's see, i will keep you updated
