I made a deposit via bitcoin and have no issues withdrawing at other online casinos via bitcoin (I have even with drawn no deposit bonuses after I met the play through requirements) BUT LIBERTY SLOTS CASINO wants me go through KYC requirements like I deposited using a credit card which I DID NOT. Their TC are vague. When I ask about what happens to my information that fail to respond. THEY DO NOT ENCRYPT EMAILS!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Liberty Slots Casino is NOT processing my withdraw via BTC because I will not send them my personal information. I understand the KYC requirements. I deposit BTC on the bases that withdrawals made via BTC do not fall under KYC requirements. This is standard procedure at other online casinos. I have successfully withdrew BTC winnings at Wild Casino, Bitcoin Penguin, 7Bit Casino and others without going through a verification process (took less then a few hours to receive BTC winnings). Your site states Liberty Casino doesn't accept players from Kentucky, I asked for change address to a Kentucky address, Liberty Slots Casino has failed to mention they don't accept players from Kentucky, but are still asking for my ID and other personal information. Stated in the TC "along with your IP address which then gets assigned to a unique customer number, separating you from other members," that should be proof enough that I am the same player.

Correct, I have withdrawn BTC from other online casinos with out having to go through a verification process. KYC requirements are for cash withdrawals. BTC is not cash.

Yes, I agree that there are anonymous casinos without obligation to complete the account verification, but Liberty Slots Casino is not one of them. Therefore, if you wish to receive your winnings your only option is to provide all the necessary documents. Thank you.
