The player's received a bonus with unspecified bonus term conditions. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to us.

They offered a Bonus of 200% with first deposit. I made deposit of 30€ and they didn't add any bonus amount in my balance.

After a claim, they said that I needed to play 20 times the bonus, which is 600€ to have the bonus of 30€ in my account. If I would know this I would never make a deposit as is not logic I spend 600€ to get 30€. Cheating promo
