The player from India had reported that he had successfully deposited money twice, but the casino only acknowledged one transaction. Despite his daily attempts to contact them, the casino had failed to provide a satisfactory response or solution. We had suggested that the player contact his payment provider for further investigation, as the casino usually had limited control over such issues. We kept the complaint open for a month, but due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I deposit on 22 November 1000 - 1000 ,2 times but only one deposit received and one deposit missing . I contact daily their but they not responding me positive same words said daily

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
