Hello, I requested a withdrawl from the site on January 29th on the site it shows BTC payouts should be paid within 5 days, I have already been verified by KYC from a previous withdrawl, it has been longer than the given time frame and when I email the banking department or my account host I do not get a response. I previously had a withdrawl from this site but my withdrawl wasn't approved and processed until I posted the issue on this site. Just trying to get some help and have this withdrawl processed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

My last withdrawl was made in December last year and I used the same method of bitcoin for my withdrawl that withdrawl took 2 weeks to proccess but i also had to complete the KYC then, on the site it shows my withdrawl was approved and under review but it also says last update was 01/30 so it's been over two weeks since it's been updated. I will email over all communication as well.

I received notice from the casino, I received a withdrawl of $540 which is $2500 less than the amount approved and was told by a vip host I would receive another $500 next week on Friday. As a player that seems ridiculous as I can't get the whole amount at once. I do not recommend this casino and advise all players to stay away as it seems more like a scam than a legit casino and ran terribly

Just wanted to update. I received a payment of $540 on February 16th and was told weekly I would receive a payment of $500 as told my the screenshots above next payment was supposed to be February 23rd.
