The player from the US claims that the wagering contribution counter is not working properly. The player later completed the wagering requirements and successfully withdrew his winnings, therefore we closed the complaint as resolved.
I’m playing at Katscasino right now and their playthrough counter is only crediting .40 for every dollar I bet. I have multiple screenshots to prove this. Customer support escalated it to my account manager who called me and told me the playthrough is working fine. Wouldn’t look at my proof just brushed me off. I’ve asked for a supervisor I’ve asked how to file a complaint and chats get closed on me. Here is a screenshot of it. The first one when I have 537 and you can see my playthrough. The second one is after I placed a 2.00 bet on Achilles slot (slots contribute 100%) my balance decreased by the 2.00 I bet but my playthrough only went down .80

So I needed up just playing anyway even though the okaythrough was only counting .40 for every 1.00 and ended up winning the max cashout! So how’s that for irony. It had worked in the past I figured it out it was just that honus code

Yea even though it was broke and only counting .40 for every dollar wagered I managed to complete it and am currently waiting on the oayout I requested may 30th

I just got my withdraw today. They combined it with a withdraw I had from newfunclub. But either way after all that I did receive it thank you!
