It says "payout in 5 to 7 days." The live agents won't talk to me because I'm bot a depositor. They keep saying that the banking team will contact me soon. But it's been almost a month. Also, I just went to the casino to get screenshots and thought I'd talk to live chat about the payout. But they proceeded to tell me that I was at newfunclub.com not katscasino.com. my address bar says different.

The KYC verification is what I believe I'm stuck on since I had to send in my utility bill 3 times.

They don't ask for a verification deposit.

Have you noticed the warning about your available balance being below the minimum payout threshold?

When players win using a no-deposit bonus and wish to withdraw funds with a payment method that hasn’t been used for deposits before, casinos typically require a verification deposit.
