hi, I am waiting for a large withdrawal and have submitted copy of my driver licence, bank card and utility bill and now I go to log on and it says they have closed? I am wondering how I now go about getting my money from them as it is a large amount. I have tried calling the phone number and no one picks up.

I had in the transaction tab on the site "SUCCESS" written next to the withdrawal so thought everything was ok. The last time I check the utility bill had been verified and was just waiting on the ID and bank card to be verified.

but no I didn’t get to talk to anyone as the number I found for them online didn’t pick up when I called multiple times. I have emailed them but have not received any response.

If the withdrawal status was successful I believe it's only a matter of time before it arrives on your account. Please note that the verification and withdrawal process may take up to 14 working days. I'll extend the timer by 7 days and if you still won't receive your winnings in the given time we will intervene.

We are currently receiving more complaints with the same issue but we actually don't have any information from the casino so we don't know it it's a permanent status or not. We will get back to you as soon as we gather more information.
