The player from Australia is complaining about the website accessibility. The complaint was rejected because the player did not respond to us.
I deposited and then the site wouldnt load so I left it for 24hours but now it seems the site has been taken down?

Players from Australia are struggling to access the casino site. The casino claims that they are monitoring the issue. In most cases the players are able to login after a while.
