The player from Australia is experiencing issues with withdrawals. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
The casino has before paid me out. Multiple times. But I guess once you start to consistently win 2/3 of gaming sessions they stop wanting to pay. Previously had $200 which after about 20 failed Bank Transfer and Mastercard/Visa withdrawals I did end up losing it all betting. Currently I put in $35 which has turned into $60.83 which once again Jet is holding on to and is not providing answers.
I will also be marking all their deposits as fraud unless I can get my $60.83 plus an apology and principal refund of my previous deposits.
Dear mrlazzaj,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise when exactly you made your last successful withdrawal? Approximately how many days did it take?
Do I understand correctly that your latest withdrawal has been pending since June 14?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Kristina
I revoke this specific claim but I do want to note that they are unable to withdrawal out to any wire transfers. This needs to be noted as they still do allow deposits in fiat yet can't withdrawal. Assumption is that they can't wire from Russia since most of their payment gateways are Russian - money goes in but can't come out.
Thank you for your reply, mrlazzaj. Do I understand correctly that the initial issue has been resolved? Have you already received your withdrawal via an alternative payment method?
I can confirm that this specific issue is resolved - yes. They have managed this time to actually support me on this specific withdrawal.
But I have had unresolved withdrawal issues from Card Deposits (again from what it's looking like due to being from Russian payment processors) where they accepted deposits they couldn't withdrawal due to SWIFT restrictions.
I did end up choosing to gamble it away - which I will own but that previous time I had made over 15 withdrawal request all that were rejected due to "errors".
They also claimed to have no issue with their banking system and kept asking me to wait multiple days to wait for a reply. The point I decided to gamble it away was after about two weeks.
It's not my choice but please award black points. If they are "based" in Russia (payment processor wise) they shouldn't route deposits via Europe/Russia Friendly Countries and not be able to withdrawal.
I have had mixed results with management also and they require a 4x wagering on ALL deposits which is an unfair term as per UKGC and GIGC regulations.
It's actually a breach - but I'm unsure if their company has a UK or GI licence. No idea about CU licence regulations in detail.
(All just in relation to reputation being incorrectly rated on your site)
Thank you for your reply, mrlazzaj. Unfortunately, some casinos require to wager the real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. We are an independent online casinos database that acts as a mediator in resolving players’ disputes. We have no authority to enforce the legality of rules.
I’m afraid, there is not much we could do regarding your played/lost winnings. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. If you are constantly experiencing issues with withdrawals, I can only recommend that you try to look for another casino that would fulfill your expectations better.
As the main issue of this complaint has been successfully resolved, we will now close it as ‘resolved’ in our system. Thanks for your cooperation and don’t hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future. We are here to help.
