The player from India requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment has not been processed yet. After gathering all the necessary information and details from the casino, we concluded there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player was engaging in suspicious activity and that his casino account was not used for gaming purposes, or there are even signs of possible money laundering. The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions. Therefore, we decided to close this complaint as unjustified.

I submitted withdrawal request first of all i did wager in slot games as they say than they just canceled my withdrawal then keep my balance and blame me for there violating there rules but i didnt. I got scammed 47000 inr without any reason perfect gameplay of 17x and in slot games too it was my hard earned money please help me to get it back

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Yes i wager 15x in live games and 2x in slot games even after that they didnt allowed me to give withdraw and charged allegation on me without reason. You can see in the ss they asked me first to do 15200 inr wager in slot after completing that they asked me again to do 27000 wager more after that they asked me for video selfie then i give to them then they just cancelled my balance

Bro I deposited 30k inr and i have more waggering in slots game more than my deposit and i don’t repeat my bets you can check in there system i played slots games or not and i placed withdraw on same method from which I deposited. Please ask them then cut around 47k winning from my account for no reason all winning was from slot games as they mentioned waggering should be done in slot games only and if they had problem with live casino i am ready to do more wagering so there is no reason to cut my balance and I submitted every identity with video and selfie too
