This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

No I don't have any successful withdrawal from this casino

They are saying that they paid my withdrawal but it's not credited in my bank account and when I ask my bank regarding this issue they said the money is already reversed back in sender's bank account.

I play without bonus

And this website says they don't need KYC verification for withdrawal
