Hello dear casino GURU, I encountered such a problem on the Interwetten website. My account was blocked with a balance of 752.95 euro. The cause of the problem has not yet been clarified, why my account was closed. They do not give me my money and do not respond either by email or in the support chat.   • Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? 
  • Which games you’ve been playing (live casino games, slots, or sports betting)? 
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?
