I did not receive these funds. They were delivered to Litecoin wallets and not the Bitcoin Wallet addresses I provided to you. You all are telling me I selected Litecoin.  I DID NOT select LITECOIN!!!  

 

I would like to request a formal investigation into this matter. 

 

Topics to Include:

 

1.Why does your system not have a security feature that validates the sending and receiving addresses are the same Cryptos?  Your deposit system does have this security feature. Why are the two different.

 

2. Without this security feature in place, what have you done to help others when this has happened?

 

3. I believe you are responsible to reimburse me for the failure of these funds, you did not deposit into the Bitcoin Addresses I provided to you.

 

4. When I received the email confirmation, that you sent the funds to Litecoin addresses, I immediately reached out to inform you of the mistake you made, you did nothing!!!!!

 

5. The third installment transaction was still in pending status and could have been cancelled, but you did nothing!!!

 

 

Pleas let me know how we will be proceeding with a formal investigation.

Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about?

I don’t have any screenshots. I have withdrawn using Bitcoin numerous times from this casino. I have communicated with their customer service three or four times this week. I have sent three emails requesting more information about how this happened. They tell me the money was delivered to the wallets I provided, Bitcoin wallets, they know the money was sent by Litecoin. They have done nothing to help recover or replace the money.

You can check the transaction (withdrawal) history in your casino profile. There should be information about the payment methods chosen for the withdrawals. I would appreciate it if you sent us the screenshots here, so we could confirm that you chose Bitcoin and the casino made a mistake. Thank you.
