made a deposit from skrill. they took money from my skrill account but it never appears on ice casino. every person who uses skrill in casino knows that deposits are almost instant. icecasino just stole my money!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

well it cant be payment provider . i used skrill in different casinos for years and things like this never happened . deposit was instant all the time. but ice casino is saying me to wait for 24 hours. as i can see this problem with happend with other players in this casino. just scam site. wont reccomend.

Thank you for your reply, Marchyo. Please understand that this can happen to anyone at any time even though you have never had any issues before. I personally have been working on dozens of complaints about lost deposits made via Skrill and the vast majority of them were solved simply by contacting Skrill. So please, take my advice and get back to me after Skrill finishes the investigation of lost funds from their side and let us know the result. Thank you.

i dont know if people here can read . but i mean its not skrills foult but casinos.

and yeah, its already 3 days i have got no cash in my account. in payment history it stays like incomplete payment.

I'd like to ask you if you wish to have your complaint closed now when you posted a 1* Trustpilot review and obviously lied about our services and now expect us to help you.

"casino guru dont give accurate information about casinos. even their consultants advice to play in scam casinos and give them perfect reputation -10/10. even if theres 120 people reviews with 3/10."

no help here anyways. giving me same advice two times even if i say its not helping. and payment is lost somewhere in icecasinos "financial depatment" .

I gave you the same advice again because you didn't follow it the first time. As I have already explained, this is a standard procedure and we do not investigate further issues with lost deposits without the player contacting the payment provider first. We always try our best to assist each player, but we need (and require) a certain level of cooperation from players in order to proceed with complaints.

Unfortunately, it seems that your main goal now is to unreasonably denigrate our reputation and services instead of cooperating and truly finding out what happened with your deposit. Since this clearly indicated that you are not interested in receiving your money back, I will now close the complaint.
