After collecting all the information, I am forced to reject your complaint. If you made a typo while completing your user profile and tried contacting Customer Support straight away it would be a different story. Instead, you submitted a completely random first and last name and tried changing it only after accumulating winnings. That was too late already. For future references, please make sure that all the personal details are correct before depositing any funds into your casino account and starting playing.
